1. We can collect your rug at your convenience to be cleaned off site.

2. We will clean it using the appropriate cleaning solutions and restore the carpet to it's original Ph value using an acidic rinse.

3. Once cleaned your rug will be inspected and any persistent marks will be re-treated.

4. Cotton fringes will be cleaned using the appropriate cleaning and oxidising solutions.

5. Minor repairs and re-fringing can be arranged.

6. Treatment for moth infestation available.

7. Carpet protection to inhibit staining is available.

8. Once completed and dry your rug will be returned to you in protective wrapping.
