Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction:

The truck-mounted machine is physically located inside the van and is not brought into the property at all. It carries it’s own water supply and all extracted dirty water is taken away for disposal, the only equipment that needs to be brought onsite are the hoses and wands used to extract the pre-spray and dirt etc.

As with the portable system the area of carpet to be cleaned is treated with a pre-spray to loosen the dirt and build up of dust/grime etc, then the same method is used of spraying the area with hot water and extracting it immediately via the suction pipe on the wand. The truck-mounted system is more powerful than the portable system and will leave the area much drier on completion.

While the truck mounted system can be used in domestic situations, it’s size and design are more suitable for commercial use.ad mor
