General Cleaning

It is wonderful to come home to a lovely clean house, especially when you have had a busy day out at work or with family. This is particularly important if you are having building work completed where we know the whole house can get covered in dust. We are able to make your house sparkly clean again. Here are three ways in which we do this.

Builders Clean

Clear away debris and rubbish, remove paint and plaster splashes and generally wipe all paintwork, cupboards, doors and floors to leave the area tidy.

Builders Midi Clean

This is a more thorough builders clean with surfaces left clean, tiles cleaned and shining rather than just the quick wipe over which is generally done on a builders clean and the area would be left in a clean state that will only require a minimum of further dusting and polishing etc.

Sparkle Clean

This would follow on from either of the previous cleans and leave the building fully cleaned and polished to allow tenants to move in.

All surfaces would be washed, polished and left clean and dust free.

Shelves, windows and cupboards would be cleaned inside and out and drawers vacuumed to remove dust.

Sinks, Baths and Toilets would be left clean, shiny and ready for use.
